How can I order a personalised balloon gift?


You can simply send us an email to bubbleitsydney@gmail.com OR send us a DM via instagram @bubbleitsydeny. You will need to include your email, name, number, poduct or service, personalised text/colour, colour of shreded paper, ribbon colour, gifts to be purchased OR if you'd like to drop off your own. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm details. *If you are in need of something urgent please DM us on Instagram and we will get back to you as soon as we can to arrange a gift.




Can I purchase my own products to place inside a Bubble Gift?


Absolutely, you're more than welcome to drop off your gifts to be placed inside your bubble gift. We have drop off locations in Condell Park, Croydon Park & Guildford. Please complete the form on our 'Products and Prices' page to organise your personalised gift! We will get back to you as soon as we can. *items will need to be manipulated through a 10cm diameter.




How do we pop the Bubble Gift?


You can pop the balloon with anything sharp (with catuion).




How can I be sure my balloon will last for as long as possible?


Keep balloons away from direct sunlight and warm places. Helium expands in warm temperatures so balloons can burst if left in front of windows, in conservatories, cars etc. Avoid very low temperatures too as they can affect the float time of the balloon, balloons prefer to be in comfortable room temperatures.




Are your balloons biodegradable?


The environment is very important to us, we do use biodegradable balloons.




Do you accept returns or exchanges?


Unfortunatley, we do not accept returns or exhanges as each gift is customised and tailored to every order. Pick up- We suggest to check the balloon(s) before leaving our premisis to ensure that you're completely satisfied. Once you have left our premises we are unable to make any changes. Delivery- We send a photo of the product as soon as it is made. We suggest to check the balloon(s) ASAP to ensure that you're completely satisfied.




How far in advanced should I place an order?


The sooner the better as some weeks get super busy. *If you have a last minute order send us an Instagram DM and we will get back to ASAP to organise a gift.

Can I place anything in the bubble gift?


You can put almost anything that can be manipulated through a 10cm diameter. We do not recommend any sharp objects as it will pop the balloon.
